What this helps you do

Observe Claude Desktop or CLI hooks, or configure optional managed Claude.

Find it in GitGlow

Open Agent Observatory, then Connections.

Before you start

Observed Claude uses opt-in official hooks. Managed Claude is optional, Pro, and uses a Keychain-protected Anthropic Console key.

Steps

  1. Review the detected Claude client and hook state.
  2. Enable observed hooks or configure the managed connection.
  3. Start or select a run and verify the connection-kind label.

Expected result

Observed sessions remain owned by Claude; managed sessions show only supported direct controls.

Controls

The controls for this workflow appear in the steps above. Their availability follows the repository, connection, and edition requirements on this page.

Recovery

If the workflow cannot continue

Credential entry and hook failures remain local and actionable. Never paste keys into repository files or prompts.
