Where GitGlow is deliberately narrower
GitGlow 2.0 has no embedded terminal, GitLab/Bitbucket/Azure hosted review, issue tracker, custom credential manager, dedicated LFS/submodule management, or visual rebase of merge commits. Its history editor has no force push.
Where GitGlow places its bet
The workbench carries the same repository and checkout through precise diff review, bounded mutations, agent evidence, checks, Release Workspace, Replay, and Indie Log. Free keeps the daily local Git workflow useful.
